How to stop and remove "Youtube Shorts" from your feed
☞Things you have to know:
➤The three-dot menu is the most effective technique to remove YouTube Shorts.
➤Select "Not interested" from the three-dot menu after tapping it.
➤You can either download an earlier version of YouTube, turn off the option in Settings, or delete the app updates to disable YouTube Shorts.
☞ Let youtube know that you aren’t interested in shorts.
Start YouTube. The YouTube app symbol, which resembles a red Play button on a black backdrop, should be tapped.
Using a web browser on your computer, you can also notify YouTube that a Short is not something you are interested in.
Although this is the only approach that is certain to succeed, it may take some persistence on your part. To stop any future Shorts from appearing on your home feed, you must do this action for each one that does.
The upper right of the Short on your home feed is where you can find this vertical three-dot menu symbol. Usually, it's the first choice on the menu.
Repeat this process to get rid of all the Shorts. This is where your persistence pays off; if you repeat tapping the three-dot menu icon and Not Interested, YouTube's algorithm will figure out that you don't like Shorts and stop suggesting them to you.
Using a web browser on a computer, log into the account that you have logged in on the app, then click the x next to your YouTube Shorts shelf. All of the Shorts will disappear and you'll see a notification that "This shelf will remain hidden for 30 days." You won't see Shorts on your computer or the app for 30 days, so repeat this process in the future if you still want to hide Shorts from your YouTube home feed.
☞ Stop shorts from setting
The YouTube app symbol, which resembles a red Play button on a black backdrop, should be tapped.
Not everyone can use this feature. If you can't find this option, try another approach.

The settings page will open when you click the gear symbol near the bottom of the menu.
Usually, it's the first choice on the menu.
To turn off "Shorts," tap the switch next to it. A grey switch that points to the left is off.
Since not everyone will have access to this option, your best bet is to try a different strategy if you don't see "Shorts."
☞ Downgrade the YouTube app
A previous version of the YouTube app can be downloaded. You can download an earlier version of YouTube to cease watching shorts since Shorts is a more recent feature.
An APK file must be downloaded and installed. To disable Google Play updates, go to the app's Google Play page, press the three dots, and uncheck the box next to "Enable auto update." Be careful to accept downloads from Unknown Sources.
YouTube's previous version is available for download. When downloading files from untrusted websites, use caution. Start YouTube. The YouTube app symbol, which resembles a red Play button on a black backdrop, should be tapped.

App auto-updates should be disabled. You don't want the app to get updates automatically because you're removing them.

Slide your screen's top down and hit the gear symbol to do this. Alternately, tap the Gear app from the app drawer or your Home screen.
This menu might read "Apps & Notifications" instead, depending on the make and model of your Android.
